| * Once External Sales has been activated, our Helpdesk representative will take you through the integration process.

| * We will likely need to remote into your computer to assist with the setup.

| ** We may ask some questions about your POS server.

| * Once the link between Wageloch and the POS has been established, we ensure it's working.

| * Sales data will be downloaded and visible in two areas:

| ** Rosters via the Sales menu
| |
| ** Timesheets at the bottom of the page when finalizing hours.

| * Should the data not populate automatically when opening either of the areas listed, you can click the RELOAD SALES button.
