Wageloch integrates with some Point of Sale systems, allowing sales data (or gross profit) to be automatically downloaded into Wageloch.
Having sales data comparable to wage costings is particularly useful to ensure that outgoing wages are only a percentage of incoming sales.

Activation

To activate the ability to download your sales data from the POS systems listed above, please contact Wageloch Helpdesk.

Setup

  • Once External Sales has been activated, our Helpdesk representative will take you through the integration process.
  • We will likely need to remote into your computer to assist with the setup.
    • We may ask some questions about your POS server.
  • Once the link between Wageloch and the POS has been established, we ensure it's working.


Data

  • Sales data will be downloaded and visible in two areas:
    • Rosters via the Sales menu
    • Timesheets at the bottom of the page when finalizing hours.
  • Should the data not populate automatically when opening either of the areas listed, you can click the RELOAD SALES button.
  • If this still does not pull your data, please contact the Wageloch Helpdesk.
